Annotation of anti-crispr proteins and their homologs

“Anti-CRISPRs” module provides the information of 23 families of anti-CRISPRs currently identified in the CRISPR-bearing organisms, including the GeneBank ID, taxonomy, source organisms, protein size, and inhibited CRISPR-Cas systems. To assist discovering more anti-CRISPRS, we searched for the homologs of all known anti-CRISPR proteins and their surrounding gene content (five proteins upstream and downstream, respectively) for users to investigate the features of operons encoding anti-CRISPR proteins
